The AG fine dining experience in Cantonese cuisine and has met with many favourable reviews from customers. Many of the customers are regular patrons and have consistently made Asia Grand their top priority for Chinese cuisine dining and for that we are humbled and motivated to continue delivering our very best.

Our speciality is authentic fresh Cantonese seafood that is unparallelled in this industry. Our method of preparation for many of these dishes is extremely complex and must be performed by our head chef who has extensive experience.

So glad that Asia Grand is once again open after Odean Towers is closed for redevelopment!!! One of our favourite restaurants for their dim sum, live seafood choices and authentic Cantonese cuisine. Most of their attentive staff is still intact. What a great find!! Definitely will be back💖

This review is a little late. Was here on 1st Jan 2023 for the first meal of the year. Expectations were high obviously.Peking duck was good. Crispy fragrant skin and tasty duck meat. The egg based wrap is great too.Enjoyed the sweet and sour pork. It’s hard to get this one wrong in my eyes. Their version is nicely fried, crispy and moist on the inside. Sauce is slightly sourish and just right.Vegetables, beancurd and rice are serviceable but nothing stands out.The red bean pancake took quite a while to be prepared and came out rather dry. It’s a decent meal overall albeit on the pricey end of the spectrum. Around $300 for the food for 8 people.

First time at their new venue within Fairmont every since they moved from Odeon Towers. The space is much bigger here with better views and more private rooms. Overall ambience is perfect for a causal afternoon tea or any business meetings. The range of their Dim Sum selections is very reasonable - you can find the usual popular choices including Liu Shao Bao, Xiao Long Bao etc. Prices from $5-8. A better choice over the likes of Peach Garden and Imperial Treasure in my opinion.Have to say their service and level of attentiveness is top-notch. Quality of their dim sum dishes are still relatively good - definitely no complaints there. Serving is very fast. They have an ongoing promo - $58 for peking duck with min $100 spent. A pleasant experience all-round.

We had the CNY lunch set, food was good and service was prompt. Love all the items on the set menu especially their roast sucking pig! ❤️However the steamed fish was not to my taste, though some of my companions like it.

Fantastic experience! The staffs were above and beyond all expectations! Location was comfortable. The food taste was out of this world. Sweet and sour pork was made using rolled meat instead of the usual dice method. It absolutely blew my taste buds away!! Highly recommend to everyone!! Best restaurant in South East Asia! I wish I had a bigger stomach to consume more delicious goodies.

This is one of my family’s favourite Chinese restaurant for the past 20+ years. So glad that it has reopened after it closed down during the covid period. Most of its dishes are good including its dim sum and one of my must order items would be the peking duck.

Still my favourite place for dim sum! So glad that they are finally open at a brand new space.Must try Peking duck, char siew bao, mini egg tart, xo sauce carrot cake & roasted pork (shaorou)! These items are fresh, perfectly marinated and cooked! Totally worth the wait and the price. I would love it if they can bring back the steamed fish head dish… this is something I miss.Definitely on the pricier side, but it’s worth it after you’ve tried.

The restaurant recently reopened at another location. It's now located on the third floor of Raffles City Mall. It's now much cleaner and brighter. Food was overall good and service relatively good even though it felt they were slightly understaffed. We liked the Peking duck, roasted pork and salt and pepper squid. The dim sum were nice too for Singapore standard.

After 5 years, finally able to return to their new location at Raffles city (Fairmont side) 3rd floor. The food quality and service standard are still as good with a better location and nice decor. Reservation is a must, Book as early as 1-2 weeks before!Fresh and really yummy Dim Sum. Bean curd roll with oyster sauce & Siew mai are the best I've ever eaten. Reservation required. 2 seatings for lunch 11.30am or 1.15pm. Service was very attentive and good. I am so coming back!

Packed for Sunday lunch. Reservations strongly encouraged as there were hardly any tables for patrons who walked in. Decent service considering the number of tables vs number of staff. Friendly and accommodating. Dim sum dishes were pretty much the same as they were when the restaurant was at the Odeon. Overall enjoyable. Noticed the number of items on menu has shrunk, which is a good idea to focus on their popular and good dishes.

--New Updates Dec 2022--Visited the restaurant after its reopening at Raffles City Fairmont.Ordered a 1.5 kg Oven baked Lobster marinated with creamy butter sauce. Well prepared and we had pre-ordered the lobster 2 days before our visit to the restaurant. The service staff was attentive but the waiting for food was long on this visit. The new restaurant is less spacious compared with the original premise.Making a reservation is a must as its popular.‐-- Original Post ---The restaurant will be closing on the 15th Feb 2022 as the building will be rebuilt. It's a pity, and we will miss it as the owners have not found a suitable location to reestablish it.We will be visiting the restaurant for the coming CNY dinner before it closes. We have been to the restaurant on many occasions and have enjoyed the food, friendly and good service.

Just had lunch at one of their private dining rooms. They seem to have many regular cutomers - my host being one. Apparently, they recently moved from another location. Manager and waiting staff were very friendly. Main dining hall is packed. Peking duck and steam fish were very good. Nothing fantastic but still, a very very decent cantonese restaurant.

Ordered set lunch at $68++ inclusive of dimsum, hot and sour soup, pork, noodles and a dessert. Overall experience was good. Restaurant was full of diners during lunch for weekday. Food served fast and hot. Delicious especially the pork and noodles which the chef used hongkong wanton noodles. Will try their peking duck of one these days.

My wife and I were trying our luck to see whether we can secure a table for dinner at the reopened Asia Grand @ Fairmont. To our surprise, we did. It is almost impossible to walk in at the old location. Perhaps this is new and that is why. The decorations are simple but the draw is the food. We had Winter Melon soup and it is good. The soup is richly flavored and double boiled. We also had the pork chop fried in salt and pepper. Another winner and the pork is not to hard. We also had the bean curd with meat and seafood. The bean curd is tender and soft. Lastly we had the fried rice in Lotus leaf. This dish is slightly off and there is just too much stock infused. The customer service is excellent. You can feel the commitment and the pride that they take in their work. I did get some MSG attack but overall experience is good.

Food was good. Authentic canton taste. Especially Salted Bitter Cucumber (黃金涼瓜片) & Steamed Beef Ball wif Bean Curd Sheet (山竹牛肉球) was very good. Fried Horfun wif black bean sauce was tasty. Other items like pork dumpling, Pork Bun (叉燒包), Century Egg Porridge (皮蛋瘦肉粥) were all up to standard and tasty.Staff service was excellent. Captain Serene Sum was attentive and professional. Staff Alice was very helpful and attentive, she helped us to pack the unfinished pancake for the peking duck with some duck sauce to go. She also teach us how to heat up the duck & the pancake so we can enjoy our food. This is a service many high end restaurant lack. The personal touch. Good job Asia Grand.

Thought of giving this place one last hurrah before they shut down their operations. Came on the 13th of Feb, 2 days before they closed down.Peking duck. Good as always. Crispy and delicious. The meat that was left over even after using it for noodles was a lot still. Appreciate the staff giving us the meat.Trio egg spinach. Delicious and not overly salty.Pork ribs. Not too sweet , just the right amount of sour. Well executed. We are definitely going to miss this place. Do come back soon!

It was a wonderful dining experience. The serving staff were very hospitable, attentive and approachable. They frequently top-up our tea and promptly clear our dishes after each course, despite the restaurant being pretty crowded on a weekday night. Even managed to strike up a chat with the friendly staff. As expected, the food did not disappoint. Peking duck was crispy and decadent as expected, soup was flavourful and the yam paste is indulgent at the right level of thickness. Price was just right for it's standards. Hopefully they will find a good location to continue the legacy of serving great cantonese cuisine. Highly recommended.

Family has been a regular customer for Asia Grand for the longest time. Food is very good and the quality is definitely assured. Prices are a bit higher but you are having good food in a cosy environment in the CBD. Their Dim Sums are very good and so is their Peking duck.
