Their dim sum is really fresh 👍🏻 You can tell the ingredients are top-notch. The duck is so cheap, only 58 yuan a piece, the crispy skin is so delicious you can't stop eating it! I suggest coming early or you won't get a seat!

Food is authentic, tasty and well presented. The only negative I would say is the mandatory deposit that they charge for large group. They said they don’t process it but they actually do and I have to monitor my credit card bill to make sure they refund it.

Truly an unforgettable dining experience!
We celebrated our mother's 90th birthday at Asia Grand Restaurant in the Fairmont Hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were warmly ushered to our table until the end of the evening, everything was seamless and well coordinated.
The elegant ambience created the perfect setting for such a special family celebration. We ordered the Special Set Menu for 10, and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We were especially impressed by the Peking duck and suckling pig—the skin was incredibly thin and perfectly crisp, while the meat was so tender it simply melted in the mouth.
A special thank you to our server, Ms. May Wong, and her assistant for their outstanding hospitality. They were attentive, professional, and thoughtful throughout the dinner, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Ms. Wong even surprised us with a complimentary, beautifully presented fruit platter during dessert, which made the celebration even more memorable.
We left highly impressed by both the exceptional food and the impeccable service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant for anyone celebrating a special event.

Very good dim sum here. The char siew sou was so so buttery, you need to order this dish at least once!!

Need to be careful not to order excessively as the staff here will keep pushing.

4.5/5 We had a weekday lunch at Asia Grand to celebrate my mum’s birthday and overall it was a very good Cantonese meal with attentive service throughout. Despite the restaurant being very busy for a weekday lunch, staff were responsive and checked in for feedback, and tea was constantly refilled, which made for a comfortable and pleasant meal.

The pacing of the dishes was good, with items arriving in a steady flow rather than all at once.

Highlights included the XO stir-fried geoduck with asparagus, which was fresh, sweet, and cooked to a slightly springy texture. The sauce was well-balanced and not watery. The beggar’s chicken was also delicious, tender and aromatic, wrapped in an adorable chicken-shaped pastry shell. The Peking duck skin was light and crispy. We had the duck meat later at home and found it tender, flavourful and not gamey, showing that the roast was well executed beyond just the skin.

The lotus-wrapped seafood rice was generous in portion and reasonably tasty, with family members praising it, while the kailan pot was decent. Desserts were more average, with the durian pudding a bit dense and the mango pomelo sago lacking balance and with too few mango cubes.

Overall, it was a solid meal with good execution on the key dishes and strong service. Not every dish stood out, but the consistency and pacing made it an enjoyable dining experience, especially for authentic Cantonese food.

Delicious Dim Sum & Great Value!
Lunch at Asia Grand never disappoints. Their dim sum is freshly steamed, ingredients are top quality, and prices are reasonable for the area. Favorites: Beijing duck, prawn har gao, scallop siew mai, roasted pork, and crispy yam dumplings. Attentive service, comfortable atmosphere, and easy location at Fairmont Singapore. A reliable choice for authentic Cantonese yum cha!

Had a wonderful family yum cha lunch. Good quality Cantonese dim sum fare with a varied selection of main courses as well. Overall, food quality is good. The Peking duck is not bad in terms of flavour, but the skin is not crispy. Can’t fault other items we had. Service is attentive, ambience cozy and elegant.

Had a wonderful CNY lunch at Asia Grand! The ambience is classy and elegant, perfect for festive celebrations. Despite the busy season, the service was attentive and efficient. The food was absolutely yummy and beautifully presented. The Peking Duck was crispy and flavourful, the Winter Melon Soup was rich and comforting and the Drunken Prawn with flame presentation was both impressive and delicious, definitely a must-try! Big bonus: no corkage, which made the celebration even better. Will definitely be back again soon!

🟧 Asia Grand Restaurant
▪︎ 252 North Bridge Road, #03-22B
Fairmont Hotel ( ➡️ South Tower)
Singapore 179103

🔵 Recommended by Chew Loy Cheow ( my brother- in-law). He told me he used to go to Asia Grand at Odeon Towers to eat.

🟥 Asia Grand ----> moved to Fairmont Hotel in 2022.

🟠 Asia Grand occupied the former premises of Szechuan Court.

🟡The dimsum were scrumptious and of good quality.✅️ Service is truly impeccable - the staff are highly attentive, polite and pleasant. I can tell the captains and management team are doing an awesome job.

🩶 Everything flowed seamlessly from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. 🩵 From the cheerful staff greeting us at the entranceway, to food ordering (➡️ via the paper ordering sheet with photos), to the dimsums being delivered to our table, and to the staff saying "thank-you" to us when we left the restaurant after our meal ---> everything worked like clockwork.

💙 The ambience was elegant and refined, with the restaurant dressed in soft structured lighting accents and warm cream-grey hues of furnishings & fixtures.

🟧 The entire restaurant has a chic, resplendent and upscale look with chandeliers at every turn, but yet conveys an approachable and inviting look.

🟨 All in all, this is a Chinese restaurant I would recommend to my friends and relatives. 🟡 Good quality Cantonese food + excellent service is the mark of an enduring restaurant tnat has its roots in Singapore since 1982.

Excellent! So good! Dim Sum menu was good and we did ask for service staff’s recommendations. Pu Er tea was fragrant. Every plate that was dished out to us was really delicious & well presented. Fried bean curd skin with prawns, spicy wanton, carrot cakes & many more - all tasted exquisite. Peking duck was impressively yummy, this must order in advance. The fragrant vermicelli cooked with the balanced duck meat had the right texture. Nothing was overly salty. The duck thigh was gobbled down by my guest, he said the meat was so tender, so fresh. Crispy pork belly we all loved it! We ordered durian pudding but the Hong Kong floor manager said we’d better take something else, like almond pudding. We had mango sago pudding and herbal jelly too. We ended lunch with nice & rich desserts. My guests were so happy and raved about Grand Asia Restaurant so much. Thank you to all the service staff who kept helping to change our plates, bringing extra plates of chillies to us. Very friendly atmosphere with attentive and cheerful staff. Well done!

First time here with friends and was impressed with the attention of the serving staff. Came here for dinner on a Monday night and was not crowded. The Peking duck was delicious and crispy and the duck meat was great. Some of the duck meat were used to fried noodles. The scallop with asparagus meal was great too. Will be back for more.
