➤ Cancellation on the Actual Day or Within 48 Hours of Reservation
– Cancellation is not allowed
– Change of reservation date is not allowed
– Exchange for vouchers is not allowed

– If a credit hold applies, the full credit hold amount will be charged
– If a minimum spending requirement applies, the minimum spend will supersede the deposit or credit hold amount, and the full minimum spend will be charged
➤ Cancellation Between 2 Days and 2 Weeks in Advance Guests may choose one of the following:
1. Reschedule the reservation, subject to availability
2. Convert the deposit or credit hold into restaurant vouchers of equivalent value Note: No refunds will be issued. The credit card will still be charged according to the deposit or credit hold amount.
➤ Cancellation More Than 2 Weeks in Advance
– Free cancellation
– Full refund of the credit card deposit or credit hold
Note: A separate Chinese New Year Cancellation Policy applies and will supersede the above terms where relevant.
This policy applies exclusively during the Chinese New Year period, and supersedes all standard reservation and cancellation policies.
Reservation Deposit / Credit Hold Requirements: – Reservations for 4 pax and below: $300 per table – Reservations for 5 pax and above: $500 per table – Private room reservations: $800 per table
For private room bookings, a minimum spend on food items of $1,800++ per table or $180++ per person, whichever is higher, applies unless otherwise stated. If the minimum spend is not met, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the shortfall in the final bill.
Cancellation Policy for Chinese New Year Period:
➤ Cancellation on Actual Day OR Within 1 Week
– No refund of credit card deposit
– No cancellation of reservation

➤ Cancellation Between 8 Days to 1 Month in Advance
– You may change your reservation date (subject to availability) OR
– Convert the credit card deposit into restaurant vouchers of the same value No cash refund will be issued.
➤ Cancellation More Than 1 Month in Advance
– Free cancellation
– Full refund of the credit card deposit
