Certain food items that require longer preparation times may be ordered in advance to enhance your dining experience. – Advance payment is required and is strictly non-refundable. – In the event of a cancellation, any prepared items can be collected (on the reservation date) as takeaway during the restaurant’s operating hours.
Note: If the reserved item is under a “dine-in only” promotion, the full ala-carte price will be charged. Else the deposit or the credit hold will be charged.
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, excluding beer.
– The first set of glassware will be provided at no charge.
– A charge of $10++ per pax applies for any request for a second set of glassware.
– Breakage of any glassware will be chargeable at $20++ per piece.
Guests may bring their own cakes for celebrations during their reservation.
– The restaurant will provide cake-cutting utensils and assist in serving the cake
– The restaurant will not be responsible for the condition of externally sourced cakes
– Guests are responsible for ensuring the cake is in good condition upon arrival and must inform our team of any special storage requirements
– Usage of sparkle candles is not permitted within the restaurant premises
The individual who confirms the reservation will be recognized as the host of the table, unless otherwise specified.
– Billing instructions will be taken from the host, unless otherwise specified
– Advance storage of credit card is allowed, however the host will have the final right to confirm and make payment for the dining bill
Dining that extends beyond the restaurant’s official operating hours will incur an additional charge of $200++ (per table) per hour. This fee applies in full-hour blocks and is subject to prevailing service charge and GST. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our operating schedule.
