This Order is:

• Valid within the stated validity period and strictly no extensions of the validity period will be allowed.
• Non-refundable in any way and not valid for cash exchange.
• Placed at least three working days in advance.
• For bulk orders of more than 10 pieces, should be placed at least seven working days in advance.
• For all orders, products are subject to availability. Orders placed after 5pm are considered the next day’s orders, and will be processed on the next working day.

Food consumption:

• Customer may choose the dumplings to be Frozen or Warm upon collection.
• Frozen Rice dumpling can be kept up to 3 weeks.
• Warm should be consumed on the day itself.

• For reservations, please email promotions.prsmb@parkroyalcollection.com.
• Voucher code should be quoted upon reservation, and the copy of the voucher to be presented upon arrival for verification and redemption purposes.
• The validity period of the voucher is indicated on the product description page.
